Looking directly into our pain rather than projecting it onto others or toward self works miracles. We are simply asked to offer our discomfort to Perfect Love rather than to mis-project it. This is called the Path of Non-resistance. In other words, do not deny your discomfort, simply tell your mind that it couldn’t possible be true/accurate if Perfect Love is real because Perfect Love never wills for suffering for anyone or anything. This mental practice done as often as needed causes miracles beyond our wildest dreams. Listen carefully to your heart. Give your challenges to Perfect Love. Ask for guidance for how to proceed. Eventually you will awaken from all discomfort and fully remember the Perfect Love and
Perfect Paradise you never really left.

I expected to get in touch with my emotions, my intuition, to release and to heal. This I did. What I didn’t expect was the profound transformation that occurred simply through perspective. Watching myself from outside myself was a gift that allowed me a window into my soul. I found myself laughing and crying right alongside the woman on the screen. And in that moment, I softened, I let go, and I fell in love once again with the being who is me. And this is perhaps the greatest gift of all.
